How to change sidebar background color in blogger:
If we blogger blog have side bars then we can change background color of the blogger side bars.It is easy to change background color of blogger blog side bar.
step 2 : click on template and click on customise.
step 3 : click on advance tab
step 4 : click on Gadget background ,on right side you can see different background colors.
select any background color.
step 5 : click on apply to blog
Follow bellow steps to change sidebar background color in blogger

I am pretty sure that most people know how to customize their template if the options are given. But the reason most people are stuck since this option is not available in certain templates. So basically this article of yours is completely useless.
